​The STEP software tool is an invaluable resource for documenting the stakeholder engagement process. The output of that process will be a Stakeholder Tactical Engagement Plan, or STEP. A STEP is a living document that will help you turn apathetic stakeholders into program advocates. Users are automatically granted access to this system once their enrollment in PMT 4010, PMT 4010V, LOG 4650 and LOG 4650V is available on their student account on the Virtual Campus. Users attending some Mission Assistance Workshops are also granted access to the system. After completing the course or workshop, users will be able to access the system for up to 30 days.

​​Encore Analytics Empower is a web based tool used in EVM202. Users are automatically granted access to this system once their enrollment is available on their student account in the Virtual Campus. After completing the course, users will be able to access the system for up to 30 days.

To obtain access to login to the DAU Homepage, you must submit the DAU SAAR.

Obtaining access to the Virtual Research Library is restricted to DoD Government employees who are members of the Defense Acquisition Workforce (DAW). The most current DAW listing, which is updated quarterly, has been provisioned for members to have automatic access to the site.If you are a new member who did not appear on the previous listing, your access will be automatically granted with the next update.
